RUST Developer

We are seeking a skilled RUST Developer/ Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. As a RUST Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems in Rust, ensuring optimal architecture, scalability, and reliability. Your role will involve making critical architectural decisions, overseeing implementation, and providing guidance on best practices. Additionally, you will lead a team of backend engineers, mentoring them through complex technical challenges and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership. In this position, you will collaborate with senior business stakeholders and direct clients to understand evolving needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will also be responsible for providing regular technical updates to ensure that development work aligns with business goals. Your expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs, working with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka, and utilizing PostgreSQL for database management will be crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Docker, container orchestration practices, and agile methodologies is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Rust development focused on building high-performance backend systems and distributed architectures. You should also have expertise in OS-agnostic development, designing solutions that work across various platforms such as Linux, Windows, and macOS.
