Rust Developer

We are looking for an experienced Rust Developer to join our team and build high-performance backend services for AI, autonomous systems, and scalable cloud solutions. If you have 3+ years of Rust programming experience and expertise in system-level programming, concurrency, and memory management, this role is for you.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rust-based backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Work on concurrent and asynchronous programming to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate Rust modules into distributed and microservices-based architectures.
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize code, and participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Research and adopt emerging Rust and system programming trends.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Rust experience (5+ years total IT experience).
• Strong knowledge of system-level programming, concurrency models, memory management.
• Experience with multi-threading, async programming, REST APIs, microservices.
• Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and Git version control.
• Knowledge of unit testing and debugging tools in Rust.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebAssembly (WASM), embedded systems, or blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with C/C++ or Go and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
