Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

Drive rural business growth across the region through effective channel expansion and sales strategy execution.

Identify new business opportunities and implement region-specific market penetration plans across all product categories.

Strengthen market presence by appointing new distributors and sub-dealers in potential areas.

Channel & Dealer Management

Manage and support distributors and sub-dealers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor secondary sales, collections, inventory health, and ensure consistent billing performance.

Build long-term relationships with partners to enhance engagement, profitability, and loyalty.

Sales Planning & Execution

Prepare sales forecasts and demand plans to align with organizational objectives.

Track performance against defined KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.

Drive growth across product categories through strategic initiatives and execution excellence.

People & Performance Management

Lead and mentor the field team to improve productivity and performance.

Introduce structured performance review systems and conduct capability-building programs for team members and channel partners.

Marketing & Brand Development

Execute localized brand promotion campaigns and rural engagement initiatives to strengthen brand connect.

Collaborate with marketing teams for awareness programs, demand generation, and promotional activities.

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Prepare periodic sales and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
