Runway and Styling Coach

Role Overview: As a Personality & Styling Coach at Juniors Group of Companies (JGC), you will be responsible for helping individuals, particularly kids, enhance their confidence, appearance, and overall presence. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients on personal grooming, body language, wardrobe styling, and communication skills to empower them to present themselves confidently in various settings. Key Responsibilities: - Assess clients" personality, lifestyle, and career goals to create personalized styling and personality development plans for kids. - Guide kids on grooming, posture, etiquette, and confidence-building techniques to help them create a powerful presence. - Conduct both online and offline sessions to enhance kids" image and boost their confidence. - Assist kids in selecting outfits, colors, and accessories that complement their personal and professional image. - Provide personal shopping services and closet revamps to assist kids in developing a unique style. - Train kids in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, and interview preparation. - Conduct sessions on eye contact, facial expressions, hand gestures, and posture to improve their body language. - Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions on leadership presence, networking skills, and self-esteem building. - Offer training on business etiquette, social manners, and cross-cultural communication. - Collaborate with the team during shoots and shows to provide corporate and celebrity styling services. - Provide event-specific styling for runway showcases. - Design and lead workshops, seminars, and training programs on styling, grooming, and personality development. - Collaborate within the organization to deliver tailored coaching sessions. Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in personality development, styling, grooming, or related field. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals, particularly kids. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. - Knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, and wardrobe styling. - Certification in styling, personal coaching, or a related field would be advantageous.,
