About the Role

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

  Ruby on Rails

  (backend) and

  React.js

  (frontend).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with frontend applications.
  
• Optimize performance of both backend and frontend components.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  
• Work in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  BE, BTech, ME, or MTech in

  Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering

  .

• 4+ years of professional experience

  in web application development.
• Strong experience with

  Ruby on Rails

  (backend development, ActiveRecord, database integration).
• Proficiency in

  React.js

  (components, hooks, state management, frontend architecture).
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs

  and integration between frontend and backend.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g.,

  PostgreSQL, MySQL

  ).
• Familiarity with version control tools like

  Git

  .
• Good knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (

  AWS, GCP, or Azure

  ).
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines

  and containerization (

  Docker, Kubernetes

  ).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (
