Role: Ruby on Rails Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop server-side web application logic using Ruby on Rails framework.

Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to improve performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality code.Skills

Required:

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and associated libraries (RSpec, Resque, etc.)

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 is desirable.

Experience with database design and integration (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Proficiency in version control (Git).

Good in English Communication.

Ability to work onsite in Pondicherry and join immediately.
