Job Description: Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to Biometric devices integration with the Biometric App, including bugs, errors, and performance problems within software applications. Application Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring Messaging Queue applications, ensuring high availability and reliability, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Support and Guidance: Providing technical support and guidance to internal and external users of the applications.
