Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Blue Prism automation delivery.• Collaborate with SMEs and business teams to capture automation requirements.• Assess technical feasibility and contribute to Solution & Technical Design Documents.• Build, configure, and optimize reusable Blue Prism objects and processes.• Enforce best practices via peer reviews and reusable component design.• Support SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments, ensuring bot stability.• Maintain version control, documentation, and environment hygiene.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of RPA experience, with 2+ years in Blue Prism (v6.x or higher).• Blue Prism Developer Certification Required; Professional Certification – Nice to have.• Strong grasp of core Blue Prism components:o Control Room, Work Queues, Exception Handlingo VBOs, Object Studio & Process Studioo Surface Automation, Scheduler• VBA/Excel Macro automation – Highly Preferred• Hands-on experience with:o Regex for pattern-based automationo OCR/PDF data extractiono Attended/Unattended bot design• Familiarity with:o SQL (MS SQL Server), Git/SVN, JIRA/ServiceNowo MS Office, Teams, Outlook• Basic knowledge of RPA infrastructure (runtime resources, server configs, etc.)
