Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and define RPA requirements.
Analyze existing processes and assess automation feasibility.
Build and maintain reusable RPA components, bots, and workflows.
Conduct bot testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality automation delivery.
Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment, ensuring smooth performance and handling exceptions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for automation projects.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards in all automation solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
Proficiency in RPA tools UiPath and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of workflow design, data manipulation, exception handling, and error recovery in RPA processes.
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, VBScript, SQL).
Understanding of REST APIs, Excel automation, and OCR integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

UiPath Developer Certification (RPA Developer Foundation / Advanced).
Experience integrating RPA with ERP or CRM systems.
Exposure to Process Mining or Intelligent Automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, AI Builder, Document Understanding).
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
