Job Description

Looking for a skilled RPA / Process Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Power Automate , Power Platform, Workflow Automation and Microsoft 365 tools . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently to deliver business automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing automated processes Document technical solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions when needed Ensure automation solutions follow security and compliance best practices Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in RPA or workflow/process automation Proven expertise in Power Automate and broader Power Platform tools, Workflow Automation (Must) Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and integration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience with API integrations or connectors in Power Platform Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related areas (preferred) Familiarity with governance and administration of Power Platform environments Immediate Joiners Preferred !!
