RPA Developer

Position: 27052025_RPA Developer Exp: 5-8 yrs. Location: XCD Location (Gurugram, Noida & Pune) Job Description: Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail. Design, develop, and test automation scripts using RPA technology (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). Configure and monitor RPA tools and systems. Identify and debug errors in automation processes. Integrate RPA systems with existing applications and databases. Ensure the quality and functionality of automated processes. Document procedures followed in the automation process. Maintain and update automated processes according to changes in system or business requirements. Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of automated processes. Train users and other developers on how to use and manage RPA tools and systems. Job Requirements: What youll bring to the team: You have 5- 8 Years of experience on RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, .NET. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). Experience developing and consuming APIs. Candidate should have experience on MEA Platform. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects. UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required. Experience with Agile development methodology. Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) preferred.
