RPA Developer

As an Associate Team Lead RPA Developer in the Continuous Improvement & RPA department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance business productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business challenges, outline functional solutions for identified use cases, and develop the necessary automation solutions. Your main accountabilities will include being responsible for end-to-end automation, developing and configuring automation processes based on defined requirements, designing, building, and implementing RPA systems using Automation Anywhere (AA) & Process Automation Designer (PAD) platform. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases, implementing effective unit testing practices, and adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced development environment. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies. You are expected to leverage your knowledge of the company's business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions, build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and drive results through high standards and focus on key priorities. In terms of technical skills, it is essential to have hands-on experience with RPA tools and technologies such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, IQBOT, Document Automation, and Prompt Engineering - Gen AI. Additionally, familiarity with Python, Power Apps, SQL, and .Net is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree, be an Automation Anywhere Advanced certified Professional, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in RPA, predominantly with hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere and Process Automation Designer (PAD).,
