The Associate Team Lead RPA Developer position at Bunge located in Mohali, Punjab, India, is a key role within the Continuous Improvement & RPA department of the Business Services function. As an Associate Team Lead RPA Developer, you will report to the CI & RPA Lead and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance business productivity and efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end automation processes, developing and configuring automation processes according to defined requirements, designing, building, and implementing RPA systems using the Automation Anywhere (AA) & Process Automation Design (PAD) platform, creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases, implementing effective unit testing practices, and quickly adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced development environment. Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude are essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should leverage your knowledge of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions that drive results and address challenges. Building partnerships, influencing stakeholders, fostering talent, and coaching others are key behaviors for success in this role. From a technical perspective, you must have hands-on experience with RPA tools and technologies such as A360, Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, IQBOT, Document Automation, and Prompt Engineering - Gen AI (Basics). Additionally, experience with Python, Power Apps, SQL, and .Net is considered a plus. Ideal candidates for this role will have a B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree, be an Automation Anywhere Advanced certified Professional, and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in RPA, with a focus on hands-on experience with AA & PAD.
