Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced RPA Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in UiPath, contribute to automation design, development, deployment, and provide ongoing support. This is a key role for driving intelligent automation initiatives and optimizing business processes through scalable RPA solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance during automation process design and solution architecture. Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath for process automation. Ensure timely deployment and integration of RPA components (bots, development tools, etc.). Maintain detailed documentation of automated processes and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-deployment support. Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure the robustness of automation solutions. Identify and recommend opportunities for automation across various functions. Must-Have Requirements 58 years of overall IT experience with 23+ years specifically in UiPath development. UiPath certification is mandatory. Hands-on experience with UiPath advanced features. Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices. Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and delivery frameworks. Programming experience in C#, Python, or Java (a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within teams. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate. Knowledge of additional RPA tools.
