Role & responsibilities

Translate business processes into scalable, resilient RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
Support both new and existing automations, performing troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning in production environments.
Design and implement Power Automate workflowsincluding triggers, actions, conditions, and loopsto automate adjunct processes.
Design, build, and configure bots to meet business process requirements, including object and workflow design.
Develop custom connectors and integrations between Automation Anywhere and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and apply fixes to ensure high uptime of automations.
Maintain detailed documentation of solutions, test procedures, runbooks, and change logs.
Work with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and refine requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1+ to 3 years relevant experience in Automation Anywhere.
Must have understanding of web and desktop automation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using version control systems (e.g., Git).
Certifications (Good to have): Automation Anywhere Certified
Good exposure to error handling, Notifications, and logging, retry, configure, and terminate Flow Pattern
Experience in software development and coding in various languages
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Those who are with less notice or serving notice/Immediate joiner are highly preferred
