Royal Enfield Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and suggesting the best options. Additionally, you will show products, arrange test rides, and create an exciting experience for customers. You will assist customers from their first inquiry to booking their motorcycle and suggest gears, accessories, and additional services that customers may need. Keeping records up-to-date, following company procedures, building good relationships with customers, and meeting monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and suggest the best options. - Show products, arrange test rides, and create an exciting experience for customers. - Help customers from their first inquiry to booking their motorcycle. - Suggest gears, accessories, and additional services that customers may need. - Keep records up-to-date and follow company procedures. - Build good relationships with customers and stay in touch after the sale. - Meet monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Qualification Required: - 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (two-wheeler experience preferred). - Passionate about motorcycles. - Friendly and good at talking to people. - Can manage time well, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks. - Eager to learn about the sales process and Royal Enfield products. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses available.
