Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and suggest the best options.
  • Show products, arrange test rides, and create an exciting experience for customers.
  • Help customers from their first inquiry to booking their motorcycle.
  • Suggest gears, accessories, and additional services that customers may need.
  • Keep records up-to-date and follow company procedures.
  • Build good relationships with customers and stay in touch after the sale.
  • Meet monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (two-wheeler experience preferred).
  • Passionate about motorcycles.
  • Friendly and good at talking to people.
  • Can manage time well, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn about the sales process and Royal Enfield products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
