Keeping records up-to-date and following company procedures will be an essential part of your role. Building good relationships with customers and staying in touch after the sale will also be crucial. Meeting monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (two-wheeler experience preferred). You should be passionate about motorcycles, friendly, good at talking to people, and able to manage time well, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks. Being eager to learn about the sales process and Royal Enfield products is highly desirable. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
