Join our team as a Service Advisor, the vital link between our customers and workshop operations. As the first point of contact, you will handle customer consultations, repair estimates, and job card creation, ensuring a seamless service experience. Your role includes scheduling appointments, coordinating repairs, and delivering vehicles with a detailed explanation of the work done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost and time estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians, ensure parts availability, and monitor repair progress.
• Manage invoicing and explain service details at vehicle delivery.
• Build long-term relationships by advising customers on future service needs.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry (two-wheeler experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge with exceptional customer service skills.
• Passionate about motorcycles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
