Job Description

Role Overview: As a Routing and Specialist - Network Engineering Advisor at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing LAN & WAN infrastructures. You will work with a team of experts to deploy, troubleshoot, and document enterprise-level network infrastructure components. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with network standards, reviewing log files, and owning escalated support tickets through resolution via ServiceNow. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing extensive experience in Cisco Routing & Switching & Wireless, with a focus on vendors like Viptela, Cisco DNA, and Cisco Wireless 9800 - Demonstrating expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN technologies, and protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP - Participating in setup, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure components - Having strong knowledge of Viptela SDWAN and Wireless technologies - Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery - Owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests via ServiceNow - Demonstrating adaptive, communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Understanding WAN/LAN internetworking, network architecture development, and ITIL & Change Management processes - Rotating on-call duties, managing support queues, and performing network system analysis - Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment and adapt to changes while achieving goals Qualification Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing LAN & WAN infrastructures - Minimum of 8 years" experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed & Wireless technologies - Vendor experience with SDWAN, Cisco, and Riverbed is preferred Additional Details: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
