Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a Routing and Specialist - Network Engineering Advisor to join their team in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. As an innovative and passionate individual with 8-10 years of experience in Cisco Routing & Switching & Wireless, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure components. Your responsibilities will include supporting vendors such as Viptela, Cisco, Cisco DNA, and Cisco Wireless 9800. You must be an expert in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, WAN, and various protocols. Additionally, you will be involved in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure components. Your expertise in Viptela SDWAN and Wireless will be highly valuable as you collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful projects. You will also be responsible for owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow. To excel in this role, you must have strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Furthermore, your knowledge of ITIL & Change Management processes, as well as your ability to work well within a team and adapt to change, will be essential.
