Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Rotogravure Operator. The Rotogravure Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rotogravure printing machines used in the production of flexible packaging materials. The role involves ensuring the production process runs smoothly, monitoring quality standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, and following safety and quality procedures. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating with team members to maintain optimal production schedules and verifying compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

Technical expertise in operating and maintaining rotogravure printing machines
Knowledge of quality assurance methods, troubleshooting, and resolving print-related issues
Ability to read and interpret design specifications for print accuracy, colors, and alignment
Understanding of flexible packaging materials and production processes
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience in an industrial setting is preferred
Adherence to safety and operational compliance standards
A diploma in printing technology or relevant field is advantageous
