Rotary Equipment Sr. Design Engineer

• 10-12 years of Experience in Rotary Equipment's :- Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Turbines and Agitators, etc. for Oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries
• Experience in Mechanical Packages :- Process and Utility Packages like Glycol Dehydration, Chemical Injection, WHRU, Air Dryer, Nitrogen Generation package, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment, Boilers, etc.
• Technical Specifications preparation
• Calculations (Sizing, NPSHa, Motor Capacity Calculations) (Input for Vendors)
• Datasheets preparation (Input for Vendors)
• Vendor List preparation
• Material Requisition / RFQ (Request for Quotation) for Vendors
• Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) (Technical + commercial)
• Purchase Requisition (Purchase Order)
• Vendor Document Review (VDR) (Post Order)
• Vendor Management
• Very good grasp of international codes related to the field: API 610, API 674, API 676, API 617, API 618, API 619, API 673, etc.
• Experience in developing P&IDs, review of Process documents.
• Experience in the Sulphuric Acid Plant would be plus point.
• Familiar with interdisciplinary reviews of datasheets, specifications, and vendor documents.
• Sound knowledge of material standards, inspection requirements and testing requirements including NDE.
