You are a skilled and motivated Rails developer with experience in Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), Tailwind CSS, and modern Rails development. Your passion lies in building interactive, high-performance web applications while maintaining clean and scalable code. - Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications with a focus on performance and scalability. - Utilize Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus) to create dynamic, real-time user experiences without heavy JavaScript frameworks. - Implement Tailwind CSS with Flowbite to build sleek, modern, and accessible UI components. - Design and optimize MySQL Schema / Active Record Models to ensure efficient query performance. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable Ruby code following best practices. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services. - Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to deliver high-quality user interfaces. - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments. - Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience. **Required Skills & Experience** - 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development. - Proficiency in Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus) for interactive web development. - Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling Rails applications. - Experience with MySQL, including query optimization. - Familiarity with RSpec, Minitest, or other Rails testing frameworks. - Understanding of MVC architecture, background job processing (Sidekiq or Resque), and caching mechanisms. - Hands-on experience with GitHub (or compatible repositories) and version control workflows. - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Heroku, or other cloud platforms. **Preferred Qualifications** - Background in cybersecurity-related projects. - Experience working in agile development environments. - Exposure to Docker, Kamal, and containerized Rails deployments. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
