ROR Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a small project team and working on a large codebase with Ruby or a similar language. Your role will involve understanding how changes impact different parts of the codebase and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small project team - Work on a large codebase with Ruby or a similar language - Understand how changes affect different parts of the codebase - Maintain adherence to standards and best practices - Work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Incorporate suggestions and feedback - Utilize organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of progressive software development/delivery experience with Ruby or a similar language - 2+ years of experience working across a large codebase - Experience leading a small project team - Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficient written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Ability to work with constructive criticism - Experience with Postgres or other SQL databases is a plus - Familiarity with Linux command-line tools such as grep and ssh is a plus - Experience with Git is a plus Additional details: In addition to the required skills, you will benefit from health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
