Core Responsibilities of an RSOT Associate

• Order Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate all room service orders received from guests.
• Guest Interaction: Handle guest calls with proper telephone etiquette, provide professional and friendly service, and address any questions or concerns.
• Menu Knowledge: Be thoroughly familiar with the hotel's menu, including food and beverage options, ongoing promotions, and be able to provide recommendations or suggestions.
• Coordination: Liaise effectively with the kitchen, F&B (Food & Beverage) staff, and room service team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and guest preferences, often using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, and follow company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹9,722.33 - ₹15,309.03 per month
