Role & responsibilities

Contract Review & Validation

Review contract details and confirm the roofing system sold aligns with applicable local building codes, energy efficiency standards, and manufacturer specifications.

Identify any discrepancies between the sold scope and the feasible construction requirements.

Site Assessment Quality Check

Review all submitted site assessment information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Confirm required details (measurements, photos, decking conditions, ventilation, etc.) are adequate to create a precise roofing estimate.

Comparing Contract vs. Site Assessment

Compare site assessment results to contract terms and local ordinance requirements to confirm the project can be built as sold.

Escalate constraints or compliance issues with detailed notes and recommended resolutions.

Estimating & Scope Development

Create accurate roofing material lists and a detailed labor scope of work.

Ensure material selections reflect correct product types, colors, accessories, and building conditions.

Project Package Assembly

Compile a comprehensive job package, including scope sheets, material lists, site requirements, and supporting documentation.

Submit completed job packages for final review and approval.

Cost Structure & System Inputs

Enter all required project details into Sales force including cost data, product selections, color details, and adders, to ensure accurate commission calculation and project financial accuracy.

BE/ B.Tech Civil with 4 -5 Years Experience in Construction Estimation (Roofing Estimation Preferred)

• Ability to analyze site assessments, plans, and contracts.
  
• Experience with estimation software/CRMs.
  
• Comfortable working in Remote (Work in PST Hours
