Job Summary: The BOQ Specialist will play a pivotal role in the preparation, review, and management of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills, coupled with a proven track record of delivering precise BOQs aligned with project specifications. This role requires proficiency in modern BOQ software and familiarity with industry standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Review: Evaluate BOQs prepared by internal teams or external partners for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
