Role For Company Secretary Trainee,


Location – Delhi.


Candidates should demonstrate the following qualities/ traits –

As a Company Secretary, your responsibilities will include:

* Corporate Restructuring, including Amalgamation and Demerger

* Corporate Advisory

* India Entry Services

* Setting up of Business Undertaking

* Secretarial Compliances under Companies Act

* Advisory and Compliance execution under Foreign Exchange Management Act

* Legal Drafting

* Intellectual Property

* Due Diligence

* Litigation

* Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) - Trusts, Societies & Companies

* Securities Law and SEBI advisory

* IPO related


Think you've got what it takes to be a Company Secretary. Great!!. Here's are few things you should be familiar with:

a) Fluency in English both written and spoken.

b) Experience of reporting and analysis (Excel).

d) Must be able to create good presentations

e) Must have excellent interpersonal skills

f) Must be detail oriented and an active listener

g) Ability to work under pressure
