Job Description

As an ROC Specialist at our Growth company based in Bengaluru, your role will involve ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, preparing and filing necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), maintaining statutory books, and updating records. You will also be responsible for liaising with regulatory authorities, drafting meeting minutes, and ensuring timely filing of annual returns and other statutory forms. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with the Companies Act - Prepare and file necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) - Maintain statutory books and update records - Liaise with regulatory authorities - Draft meeting minutes - Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other statutory forms Qualifications Required: - MCA Works, RoC filing, ROC Compliance, ROC Reconciliation and Knowledge of Companies Act - Excellent document preparation and filing skills - Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities - Experience in liaising with regulatory authorities - Good drafting and minute-taking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information - Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or a relevant field - Experience in a similar role is a plus If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, gain exposure to high-level governance and regulatory compliance issues, and have room for professional growth and development.
