Robotics and Automation Engineer

From developing robotic arms to participating in aeromodelling competitions with industry leaders like Boeing, this position offers a unique blend of engineering expertise, mentorship, and global exposure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor students on advanced robotics projects, such as robotic arm development and autonomous hexapod systems. - Collaborate with international students and IIT talent, providing technical expertise and project guidance. - Support the design, programming, and integration of Arduino, sensors, servo mechanisms, AI-driven control systems, and embedded electronics. - Contribute to research-driven projects to ensure innovation and real-world applicability. - Organize and manage aeromodelling competitions in collaboration with Boeing to showcase innovation and technical leadership. - Provide technical training workshops, hackathons, and hands-on lab sessions to inspire creativity and problem-solving. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, automation, and AI for integrating cutting-edge concepts into projects. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Hands-on expertise with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, servo/stepper motors, embedded systems, and CAD design. - Proficiency in robotics programming languages such as Python, C/C++, machine learning integration, and simulation tools like ROS, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse international and domestic teams. - Prior experience in project mentoring, prototyping, or robotics competitions is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
