Description

Good knowledge of OTRS with 2+ total years of experience.
Experience with Perl or Python is mandatory.
Experienced in using Git, GitHub and GitLab
Good knowledge of the Linux environment
Experience with MySQL, MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL
Support and maintenance of our OTRS & OTOBO
Support and maintenance of our open-source add-ons
Implementation of customer requirements
Maintaining add-ons, technical issues around OTRS & OTOBO
Improving and maintaining our internal tool Strong skills in communicating, implementing and achieving business objectives and goals
Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing work.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills.
2 years of working experience in OTRS
Should have a good degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar subject or have industry related experience
Excellent communication skills
