Robotic Trainer

We are an Information Technology firm seeking a passionate and skilled **Robotics Trainer** to lead hands-on learning experiences in robotics, coding, and STEM innovation for school students. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, foster problem-solving, and guide students through exciting projects using robotics kits and programming tools.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in educational robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi)

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Scratch, C/C++)

• Familiarity with sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and automation concepts

• Understanding of STEM based projects and curriculum integration

Teaching & Soft Skills

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for young learners

• Creativity in lesson planning and activity design

• Patience and enthusiasm for working with children

• Collaboration with school staff and curriculum coordinators

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver age-appropriate robotics lessons aligned with school curriculum

• Conduct hands-on sessions using kits like LEGO, Arduino, or similar platforms

• Teach basic programming and electronics concepts through interactive activities

• Organize robotics clubs, competitions, and exhibitions within the school

• Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes

• Maintain and manage robotics lab equipment and inventory

• Train school teachers on integrating robotics into regular subjects

• Stay updated with emerging trends in educational technology and robotics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
