Robotic Trainer

As a STEM Educator at our company, your role will involve teaching school students and teachers in Arduino programming, electronics, robotics, AI, 3D printing, and other emerging technologies. You will have the opportunity to mentor students on project development, offering hands-on technical guidance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the STEM/Robotics lab inventory and documentation. Collaboration with the Innovation and R&D team to design and develop educational products and STEM kits will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to curriculum development, training material creation, and conduct technical workshops. Participation in product development initiatives for new STEM learning tools and modules is also expected from you. Key Responsibilities: - Teach school students and teachers in Arduino programming, electronics, robotics, AI, 3D printing, and other emerging technologies. - Mentor students on project development, offering hands-on technical guidance. - Manage and maintain STEM/Robotics lab inventory and documentation. - Collaborate with the Innovation and R&D team to design and develop educational products and STEM kits. - Contribute to curriculum development, training material creation, and conduct technical workshops. - Participate in product development initiatives for new STEM learning tools and modules. Qualification Required: - MSc/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering. - Relevant experience in STEM training, robotics education, or technical mentoring. - Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements across India. - Passion for teaching and technology with a strong practical approach. Your role will require a strong understanding of Arduino and Embedded Systems, exposure to IoT, Robotics, Microcontrollers, and project-based learning, sound knowledge of basic electronics engineering, familiarity with 3D printing technologies and tools, proficiency in programming (C/C++, Python preferred), hands-on experience in product development and prototyping, and excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.,
