Robot Operator

We are looking for young and energetic Freshers to join our New factory located at Selakarichal, Palladam - Chettipalayam Frontier Road, Coimbatore .

The Robot Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial robotic systems to ensure efficient and safe production processes. This role involves programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining robotic equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Operate robotic equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform basic programming or teach-pendant operations for robots.
• Load materials, set parameters, and verify correct robot programming.
• Monitor robot performance, identify irregularities, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, including lockout-tagout (LOTO) and hazard control procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.).
• Basic programming or teach-pendant experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.

Education & Experience:

• BE / Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in robotic operations preferred.

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company standards.
