Robot Operator

Role Overview: As a Robot Operator, your primary responsibility will be to execute pre-programmed instructions for robots to perform various tasks such as welding, material handling, or assembly. You will be required to closely observe robotic systems during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and promptly identify any deviations from expected performance. Performing routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs will be essential to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Execute pre-programmed instructions for robots to perform tasks such as welding, material handling, or assembly. - Observe robotic systems during operation to ensure proper function and identify deviations from expected performance. - Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs to maintain optimal performance and prevent downtime. - Diagnose and resolve minor issues or malfunctions in robotic systems, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering teams when necessary. - Prepare robots for production runs by loading fixtures, calibrating equipment, and ensuring proper tooling is in place. - Inspect the output of robots to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. - Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and other teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) degree, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical, or ITI in Fitter/Electrician preferred. - Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a strong awareness of safety protocols and regulations are key attributes for success in this role.,
