Job Description

  • B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in robotic automation, preferably in automotive OEMs or Tier 1 environments

  • Strong hands-on experience with ABB robots; familiarity with Kawasaki robots is preferred
  • Proficient in robot simulation tools such as Robot Studio and Process Simulate; exposure to AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks
  • Skilled in robot programming, I/O setup, controller configuration, and troubleshooting in automation cells
  • Working knowledge of industrial protocols like DeviceNet, Ethernet, and Profinet
  • Experience in BIW applications including spot welding, MIG welding, sealing, palletizing, and roller hemming
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% and perform site work up to 90%, including shift-based commissioning
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to interface with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
