Job Title: RMC QA/QC Executive – Crusher Plant

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months & Above

Job Summary:

CMV Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated RMC QA/QC Executive to ensure quality control and assurance for our Crusher Plant & RMC operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring raw materials, conducting laboratory tests, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and test raw materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures, etc.) and finished RMC products.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests to ensure compliance with IS codes and project requirements.
• Maintain daily records of tests, inspections, and quality reports.
• Ensure proper calibration and upkeep of testing equipment.
• Assist in preparing mix designs as per project specifications.
• Coordinate with plant operations to maintain consistent product quality.
• Identify non-conformance issues and take corrective measures.
• Support QA/QC manager in documentation and audits.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of QA/QC experience in RMC / Crusher Plant operations.
• Knowledge of IS codes, RMC standards, and quality testing procedures.
• Hands-on experience with material testing (Slump test, Cube test, Sieve analysis, etc.).
• Proficiency in maintaining QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely testing and reporting.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
