Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings
• Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes
• Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times
