A day in the life
Deep dive gap root causes and learn the mechanics, partner teams, and requirements. Propose and gain alignment on mitigation and prevention plan with partner team stakeholders. Launch, monitor and communicate with stakeholders about the progress of current mitigation and prevention. Influence stakeholders to adopt, integrate, or fix gaps in order to allow sunsetting of existing mitigations. Monitor reporting of established mechanisms and evaluate for effectiveness. Inspect metrics and anecdotes to find false positives and false negatives, then develop improvements to address misses. Listen, learn, engage, communicate, execute, analyze, and influence.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Bachelors degree or equivalent, or experience working in risk/fraud analysis or in compliance organizations 5+ years of compliance program management, legal, goverce, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or 3+ months of information security and compliance experience
