Risk Manager

As a Cybersecurity Manager at Chevron, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure the effective security of Chevron's operations. You will lead a team of Risk Analysts, providing direction on communications, measures, and actions to remediate cybersecurity risks for Business Units and Digital Platforms. Building strong relationships with Risk Management Operations (RMO) will be crucial in ensuring critical cybersecurity information is effectively communicated to Business Units. Your role will involve identifying and addressing gaps, trends, and opportunities to enhance cybersecurity measures. The ideal candidate for this position should have 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of leading teams of Risk Analysts in the development and maintenance of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and risk management processes. Strong communication, management, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. In this role, you will be expected to align your work hours with global business requirements, supporting operations across different time zones. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday, with working hours set between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
