Risk Consulting - SFT - CLO - Senior

Role Overview: At EY, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Structured Finance Transactions (SFT) team, specializing in securitization across various asset classes. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting diverse engagement teams, working with a wide range of clients, and contributing to business development activities on strategic accounts in the global financial services marketplace. Key Responsibilities: - Perform agreed-upon procedures (AUP) to assist clients in executing securitization transactions successfully - Ensure accuracy of financial models by validating calculations against governing documents - Develop cash flow and analytics models for securitized products such as CDOs/CLOs using Microsoft Excel - Create independent cash flow and collateral models for structured products - Prepare detailed reports summarizing results of agreed-upon procedures - Analyze complex excel and third-party models for the valuation of Structured Products - Build relationships with clients, deliver quality services, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed - Demonstrate technical expertise, stay updated on industry developments, and maintain professional knowledge Qualifications Required: - Post-graduation in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field with around 2 years of relevant work experience - Strong prioritization skills and commitment to meeting client deadlines - Excellent communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and interactions - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary - Willingness to work in shifts based on the role Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global network that offers fulfilling career opportunities across various business disciplines.
