Role Overview: You will be part of EY's Enterprise Risk Business Consulting team as a Senior Manager focusing on Internal Audit & Risk within the Financial Services sector. Your role will involve leading audit engagements and risk assessments for clients in the Wealth and Asset Management, Banking, and Insurance industries. You will provide strategic insights to enhance governance, risk management, and control processes, contributing to the growth of the service offering. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute client engagements within the Financial Services sector, meeting client expectations in the MENA region. - Interact with all levels of management, including C-Suite management, to provide valuable insights. - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of risks, issues, trends, and business processes in the Financial Services sector. - Utilize knowledge of Internal Audit methodology and IIA requirements to deliver high-quality engagements. - Identify areas for improvement in client business processes and provide insightful recommendations. - Contribute to business development activities, such as preparing proposals and identifying leads. - Ensure compliance with the firm's quality and risk management policies. - Manage multiple assignments, engage with project teams, and mentor junior team members for their career growth. - Maintain proactive communication with clients, manage engagement budgets, and support in business development activities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CIA) is a plus. - Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience in Internal Audit/Risk Management within the Financial Services sector. - Ability to travel with a valid passport.
