Job Description

Job Title: Risk Advisory Internal Audit (Healthcare Sector Focus)

Job Location: PAN India

Experience Required: 4+ years

Risk Advisory Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute internal audit and risk engagements across global clients.
Build and manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership.
Deliver high-quality solutions leveraging emerging technologies like AI, Robotics, and Advanced Analytics.
Support innovation initiatives and contribute to sector-focused solution development.
Collaborate across service lines and geographies to drive sector growth.
Mentor junior team members and support capability building.
Manage project delivery, budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years in internal audit, risk advisory, or controls, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
Strong exposure to the
Healthcare sector
(providers and payers).
Understanding of regulations such as HHS, CMS, FDA.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
Globally mobile and flexible to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare certifications (e.g., CHC, CPHQ) are a plus.
Experience in building or implementing healthcare-focused solutions.
Exposure to emerging technologies in audit and risk domains.
Strong academic background in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
