Risk Advisory - Internal Audit - Senior

As a Senior at KPMG in India, your role will involve conducting process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and execution of other solutions of GRCS. You may lead a team of 1-3 members on certain engagements and will be responsible for reviewing their work. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with client representatives, delivering high-quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed about project outcomes. You are expected to possess strong domain knowledge in at least one industry sector, with the ability to perform process gap analysis, identify risks in business processes, and understand control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness, and efficiency. Your role will require experience in process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analytics tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams are essential. Additionally, you should have an advanced understanding of IT systems, be proficient in MS Office applications, and be able to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and adapt to tough client conditions that may require extended working hours. The job may involve travel to client locations within India and abroad for extended periods.
