Risk Advisory Business Analyst Assistant Manager

As a Business Analyst with 1-10 years of experience in the Investment Banking/Capital Markets domain, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Possessing good working knowledge on Equities, Fixed income, Prime Brokerage, Repo, OTC Derivatives - Demonstrating expertise in New, Amendment, Cancellation, Novation Step In and Step Out & Trade Unwind - Documenting project artefacts like BRDs, FSDs, and defining UAT phases - Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL - Exposure to Project Management principles in Agile and Waterfall methodology - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: - MBA or Masters/Doctorate Degree in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, or Operations Research - Preference will be given to individuals with CFA/FRM degrees - Knowledge of risk management functions across different lines of business in the banking industry The selection process will involve a minimum of 3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess fitment and communication skills.
