Rigging Specialist

You will be joining HSE Integro, a company specializing in providing a wide range of Health, Safety, and Environmental services aimed at safeguarding workers, assets, and the community in a structured and cost-effective manner. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in addressing the health, safety, and environmental requirements of various organizations. Our dedicated consultants, equipped with domain expertise, are committed to assisting organizations in adopting best practices and enhancing their standard operating procedures. As a Rigging Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve working full-time on-site across India. Your duties will include the setup, repair, and maintenance of rigging equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Daily tasks will also entail conducting inspections, collaborating with team members for handling heavy lifting equipment, and overseeing all rigging activities at the site. To excel in this role, you are required to possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering along with certifications such as LEEA, LOLER, OPITA, or TUV. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Rigging Specialist/ Supervisor is essential. Your expertise should include proficiency in setting up, repairing, and maintaining rigging equipment, knowledge of safety regulations, and skills in handling heavy equipment and conducting inspections. Strong teamwork and communication abilities are crucial, along with relevant certifications in rigging and heavy equipment operation. Previous experience in the health, safety, and environmental industry would be advantageous.
