Rigging / lifting supervisors

As an experienced professional in the Oil & Gas field with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience, your role will involve handling lifting activities for Turnaround (TA) projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing assigned lifting activities for TA projects - Being familiar with all types of hitches used for rigging - Ensuring that all lifting equipment and gears are tested, color coded, and certified - Avoiding lifting loads where the weight is not stated or unknown - Being mindful of any obstructions within the crane radius and working area - Preparing and leading the team to ensure safe lifting practices, client satisfaction, and timely completion - Arranging the lifting area/location, including tools and equipment - Leading and coordinating with the team to ensure that jobs are performed safely, timely, and meet the required quality standards - Ensuring that permits to work (PTW), task risk identification and control (TRICs), and other related documents are in order and available at the worksite - Conducting toolbox talks to ensure that the workforce understands the job hazards and mitigation procedures Your experience and expertise in the Oil & Gas field will be crucial in carrying out these responsibilities effectively and ensuring the success of lifting activities for TA projects.
