Rigging / lifting supervisors

As an experienced candidate in the Oil & Gas field with similar experience, you will be responsible for handling lifting activities for TA, including leading and executing assigned lifting activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being familiar with all types of hitches used for rigging - Ensuring that all lifting equipment and gears are tested, color coded, and certified - Making sure that no load is lifted without the weight being stated or unknown - Being aware of any obstructions within the crane radius and working area - Preparing and leading the team to ensure safe lifting practices, client satisfaction, and timely completion - Arranging the lifting area/location, including tools and equipment - Leading and coordinating with the team to ensure that jobs are performed safely, timely, and in accordance with required quality standards - Ensuring that PTW, TRICs, and other related documents are in order and available at the worksite during work - Conducting toolbox talks to ensure the workforce understands the hazards of the job and the mitigation procedures In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you may also be required to perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Lifting Supervisor, Lifting Engineer, or TA Manager.,
