Job Description

Install, maintain, and repair telecom towers, antennas, and related equipment. Perform tower climbing and rigging activities safely as per company and industry standards. Assist in installation of RF, microwave, and fiber optic equipment. Ensure proper alignment of antennas, cables, and associated hardware. Conduct site surveys, fault identification, and troubleshooting of tower and equipment issues. Maintain and update site documentation, daily work logs, and reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with field engineers, splicers, and project managers for timely execution of tasks.
